  • What is liveball?
Liveball is a king of the court style tennis game. It is played with 5-8 players with fast rotations. There is little coaching instruction by design. This keeps the game moving at a fun fast pace.
  • How do you play liveball?
See "Racket Nut Liveball Instructions Video" for a walkthrough of how it's played.
  • How is a Racket Nut Liveball different?
Liveball has been adopted to be just a workout and that alone. BUT...What place did you come in? Did you play well? Are you in the right level? These are all things that I track objectively. Racket Nut has developed an app for conductors to use during each workout to track cumulative time on the champs side. This provides a competitve edge that is unique to Racket Nut. Also, allowing us to track your indivdual progress over time.
  • How do I get involved?
2 Ways: Click Book Now at the top of any page on the site to go straight to the calendar of weekly services. Click Liveball in the menu header to see all the levels and monthly leaderboards.
  • What level should I book?
Racket Nut has 5 levels of liveball: Aussie Open (Lowest) Rolie Garros Wimbley US Open Nitto (Highest) Take our quiz to get an estimate without having to step on the court. See Liveball page for more info about booking and levels.
  • Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book a la carte. If you'd like to purchase a package an account is necassary. Don't worry though it is fast and easy to set one up.
  • How does the waitlist work?
If a class is fully booked please feel free to join the waitlist. Instead of having to constantly check if someone canceled, you'll get an alert of an opening if one comes available. Each workout is limited to 8 players to minimize waiting time between points.
  • What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel a workout, cancel your booking prior to 24 hours to get the credit back in your account. If you do not show up for your reserved workout, or if you attempt to cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged for that reservation.
  • What do I need to bring?
Anything you would bring to play tennis. Rackets, shoes, tennis clothes, water, etc.
  • How early should I arrive?
Plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early. This will give you plenty of time to regrip your rackets, tie your shoes, or do any other tasks you do to get your game face on!
